Meet Lulu

Oink! Oink! Or perhaps, a more refined "Hello there, human!" That's me, Lulu, the star of a brand new book called The Life of Lulu, the Pig with Big Emotions. And trust me, that title isn't kidding. My emotions are as big as my appetite, and that's saying something!
I'm told I'm quite clever – and I tend to agree! I've got a smart snout for sniffing out snacks and a brilliant brain for figuring things out. Of course, that also means I'm a little bit stubborn. Okay, maybe more than a little. When I've made up my mind, it takes a lot of belly rubs (and perhaps a treat) to change it.
If you're one of my humans, prepare for a lifetime of love and loyalty. And lots of wet nose-kisses! My heart is big, even if my snout is bigger. I love to snuggle up, especially if there's a warm blanket involved. Warmth is simply delightful!
Speaking of delightful, my absolute favorite things in life are quite simple: the glorious sound of a food bowl clanking, and the absolute bliss of a long, sleepy car ride. Oh, those car rides! The gentle rumble puts me right to sleep, which, let's be honest, is my favorite pastime next to eating. A truly perfect day involves a full tummy, a warm nap, and maybe a few ear scratches.
Now, about those "big emotions" in my book title... they're real! New people can make my little pig heart do an anxious tap dance. My hooves get all wobbly around strangers, and don't even get me started on different types of ground! Grass is usually okay, but that weird bumpy pavement or chilly concrete? No, thank you! I prefer the familiar.
Routine is my very best friend. A wobbly schedule makes my emotions go all topsy-turvy, and that's when my big feelings come out. But if I know what's coming, and my humans are there to give me a comforting nuzzle, I'm a much happier pig.
So, if you're ready for a tale about a pig who loves to snooze, munch, give sloppy kisses, and feel all the feelings – from joy to worry and everything in between – come join me in The Life of Lulu, the Pig with Big Emotions. I promise it's going to be an emotional, and utterly pig-tastic, journey!
